(1) If the person who commits an offense under this Act is an organized organization or a company, unless he cannot prove that he did not know that the offense was committed or that he had tried his best to prevent the offense, the organization concerned for such offense The director, general manager, any other officer or person who has control over the business operations of the organization or company shall be punished. Or if it is proved that it was due to the willful or negligent act of the director, general manager or any other officer of the company, such director, general manager or officer will also be punished according to this Act.
